1 Definitions

"Platform" refers to the hhb999 website and all associated services accessible at hhb999.vip. "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform. "Account" means the registered user profile created by the Player on hhb999. "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held within a Player's Account. "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits or free spins awarded by hhb999 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open and maintain an Account on hhb999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

3 Account Verification (KYC)

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hhb999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Minimum withdrawal amounts are published within the Account cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

hhb999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The name on your hhb999 Account must match the name registered on the payment method used. Any discrepancy may result in the transaction being declined or the Account being flagged for review.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

hhb999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, which form part of this Agreement when accepted. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified claim window. Expired bonuses cannot be retrospectively applied.
• Unless explicitly stated as "cashback" or "loss rebate", all bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Bonus funds remaining at the expiry of this window are forfeited.
• hhb999 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only. Each eligible Player may claim a welcome offer once. Attempts to claim the same welcome offer via a second account will result in both accounts being permanently closed.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to individual spin value and game restrictions as stated in the relevant offer terms.

hhb999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. Players who have already claimed an active promotion will be informed of material changes.

6 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hhb999 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live casino titles.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account.
• Engaging in money laundering or using hhb999 as a vehicle to transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors to generate artificial profits. Any winnings obtained through a verified technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with hhb999 support or compliance teams.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or circumvent any security measure or game mechanic of the Platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the hhb999 platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, text, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of hhb999 or its licensed third-party suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the express prior written permission of hhb999.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hhb999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or system failures. hhb999's total aggregate liability to any Player for any direct loss or damage shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hhb999 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, and technical issues may temporarily affect service access. hhb999 will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance to registered Players in advance.

10 Account Closure and Termination

Players may request closure of their hhb999 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of pending bonus wagering requirements.

hhb999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes the Player has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited activity, or if continued operation of the Account poses a legal or financial risk to the Platform. In such cases, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned where no fraud or criminal activity is established.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

13 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in the English language. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version (if published), the English version shall prevail.
